Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Our Consulting team partners with healthcare organizations to maximize the impact of their Human Experience (HX) investments. Our consultants have been in our clients' shoes-leading teams, navigating complexity, and driving meaningful change in real healthcare environments. We work side by side with our clients to address their most pressing challenges, helping them listen smarter, act faster, and equip their teams with the tools and capabilities needed to stay ahead of what's next. Our clients collaborate closely with experienced patient experience professionals to understand how culture, processes, and service delivery shape the way patients experience care. Together, we redesign workflows, strengthen communication, and elevate engagement-enabling organizations to exceed patient expectations, improve outcomes, and deliver safer, more compassionate care. Job OverviewAs a Managing Consultant, you will deliver significant value for Press Ganey and our clients by driving work that aligns with organizational priorities and produces measurable results. Consulting teams engage rapidly to define and align priorities, analyze client and Press Ganey data, and provide strategic recommendations paired with clear execution plans. This role spans both consulting delivery and business development. Managing Consultants lead highimpact engagements, develop actionable insights and recommendations, deliver executivelevel outputs, and help grow client relationships and consulting pipeline. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000to $190,000.It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
