Position Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives with a primary focus on paid media and event coordination. This role blends paid campaign execution, event logistics, content creation, and marketing operations, requiring both attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple areas of marketing. The ideal candidate will execute and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads), support event planning and on-site execution, and contribute to content and digital initiatives, while using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. This is a highly collaborative position, working across marketing, sales, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life and support business development efforts. This role will also support development of marketing materials, assist with SEO and content efforts, and contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives across the organization.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is designated as a hybrid position, 4 days in office, reporting into our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters. As such, candidates must already be established within commutable distance and able to thrive in an office environment to be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Execute and support optimization of paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads


  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement (CTR, CPC, conversions)


  • Test and iterate on ad creative, targeting, and messaging in collaboration with leadership


  • Support reporting on campaign performance and key insights


  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, client events, and networking experiences


  • Manage logistics, coordinate vendors and materials, and partner with sales to drive attendance and engagement


  • Assist with on-site execution and post-event follow-up, including tracking performance and outcomes in HubSpot


  • Support content creation across LinkedIn, blogs, and marketing campaigns


  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to develop content aligned with business priorities


  • Contribute to content performance tracking and optimization


  • Support EBI's organic SEO strategy through keyword research and content optimization


  • Optimize content for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery, using performance data to refine and improve results


  • Develop and maintain client-facing materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and case studies


  • Ensure all assets are clear, professional, visually effective, and aligned with EBI's brand, using tools like Canva


  • Support website updates (WordPress), HubSpot management, email campaigns, and marketing automation


  • Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and general marketing operations


  • Conduct market and competitor research and proactively identify new ideas and opportunities to strengthen marketing impact


  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives as needed, working across multiple areas of the team



Qualifications and Capabilities



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, consulting, or professional services


  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads


  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and making basic optimizations


  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing or ghostwriting content for professional audiences


  • Experience managing LinkedIn content and analyzing performance metrics


  • Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization; familiarity with AI-driven content tools is a plus


  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and using data to drive decisions


  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Amplify, or similar platforms


  • Experience creating client-facing materials, including presentations and sales collateral; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools preferred


  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content


  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


  • Proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and contributing new ideas


  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance research and content creation


  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact (e.g., engagement growth, campaign performance, content results)


  • Willingness and ability to travel 2-4 times per year to support events


  • Experience in B2B, commercial real estate (CRE), consulting, or professional services environments is a plus

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
