Great Hill is seeking a Program Manager in Arlington, VA to support work for the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering. This effort will work with leaders on technology development, strategy and testing. Basic Qualifications: TS/SCI clearance is required Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university majoring in one of the following: System Engineer, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Software Engineering, Cyber Engineering, AI/ML Engineering 10 years' experience managing, planning, developing major research, engineering and development efforts for defensive organizations 10 years' experience as a lead or deputy manager for major technology programs Expertise in managing full lifecycle technology design, manufacturing, integration and testing Proven experience leading and managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs 5 years' experience leading within a highly classified environment Knowledge of DOW structure and collaborating with R&E program managers Strong written and oral communication skills including experience briefing senior stakeholders Experience with the DOW Defense Acquisition System Desired Skills: Experience managing support services projects Experience establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across DOW Experience and knowledge in the field of EM/RF Equal Opportunity Statement: Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
