EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 2+ years of experience with Material Handling equipment specifically Automation/ conveyance/robotics 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in robotics and automation Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Knowledge of PLC based controls systems. Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance, create work orders, etc. Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements example OSHA, NFPA70 etc. Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English. Ability to oversee and influence others on the team. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload. Experience detecting malfunctions and solving issues. Experience with safe operation of power tools, hand tools, and machinery, Packaging operation and high-speed automation experience Ability to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Comfort with exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. Experience with safety oversight and safe operation of motor vehicles. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally without mechanical assistance. Experience reviewing of blueprints and CAD drawings. Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
