Job Summary:
This role is the dealership owner for Caterpillar's Digital / Connectivity and Condition Monitoring execution. It provides guidance and direction to the Condition Monitoring Center, drives adoption of VisionLink and OLGA NextGen, and improves key performance metrics tied to connected assets and aftermarket opportunity.
Responsibilities:
* Define roles and responsibilities for how Fabick partners with Caterpillar Condition Monitoring Lead Analysts (CMLA) and supports the CM PSE process.
* Collaborate with Product Support Sales Management to market EMSolutions/VisionLink and oil sampling (SOS) programs to drive sales growth and increase customer adoption.
* Establish goals and standardized processes to increase ARO and TCRA and improve the percentage of customers onboarded to VisionLink.
* Create and implement processes to grow incremental parts and service sales generated through EMSolutions and SOS insights.
* Develop, manage, and execute Fabick Targeted Connectivity programs to connect or reconnect assets with high OLGA potential.
* Design and implement processes to increase overall Connected Asset percentage as part of the CVA Fulfillment metric.
* Develop and execute a plan to increase the percentage of customers actively logging into VisionLink (% Equipment Management Customers), including Condition Monitoring onboarding efforts.
* Serve as the OLGA Champion and lead the NextGen OLGA transition across the organization.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
