Responsibilities Position Overview This internship offers hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing with a focus on water treatment facility operations. Interns will participate in value-added engineering and operational projects designed to enhance plant performance, safety, and reliability. Key Responsibilities - Support daily operations within the water treatment facility. - Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues. - Analyze data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities. - Support value-added improvement projects for the site. - Participate in sampling, monitoring, inspections, and reporting. - Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EH&S, and Maintenance teams. - Present project results and recommendations to team. Learning Opportunities - Exposure to chemical manufacturing processes and systems. - Hands-on experience with wastewater treatment operations and performance metrics. - Troubleshooting skills in an industrial setting. - Experience with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. - Project management and technical communication development.
