As a per diem, nonexempt Speech Language Pathologist with CPS Solutions, LLC Rehabilitation Services team at Parrish Medical Center, you are responsible for the administration and direct application of Speech-Language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Duties include evaluating, planning, directing, and treating all patients referred to Speech-Language Pathology. In this role, you will assist patients to obtain maximum performance and function in society while learning to live a routine "normal" life within the constraints of their disability.

Schedule: Perdiem role will work as needed with no set hours

About the Rehabilitation Department: Department core hours are Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-4:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administration and direct application of Speech Language treatment modalities
  • Evaluating, Planning, directing and treating all patients referred to Speech Language Pathology
  • Documentation and follow up
  • Working with Rehab clinical team members
  • This position may float to other local facilities and work inpatient or outpatient

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited college in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Florida Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of acute care experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 to $62.50 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
