Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is highly focused on execution and delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project tasks, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring that commitments are met on time and within budget. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, track, manage, and report on delivery tasks and milestones
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and action logs
• Ensure commitments are met and delivery stays on time and within budget
• Interface directly with clients, vendors, and third-party resources
• Track and report on tasks and deliverables assigned to vendors and project team members
• Coordinate site access activities in compliance with security, access, and risk management processes
• Lead status calls, document discussions, and distribute clear, concise updates
• Provide accurate reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables
• Work closely with the Release & Deployment Manager on escalations and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Highly focused on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates; able to perform effectively in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability; able to influence others and professionally hold team members, vendors, and partners accountable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively
• Comfortable interfacing with clients, vendors, and third-party resources, as well as working with all levels of management
• Experience working with colleagues across multiple time zones; flexible with working hours
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for tracking, reporting, and communication

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of banking, branch or Financial Center operations, and/or financial services
• General knowledge of networking and connectivity

Pay range: $34.37 - $42.37 per hour
