Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the beauty/education space, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Education Operations Coordinator to support their education team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, administration, and client experience-ensuring smooth execution of product orders, class logistics, and internal systems management.

What You'll Do

Operations & Coordination



  • Execute and manage product orders to support education programs
  • Maintain and update class records across systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support daily data uploads, including ticket sales and program tracking


Administrative Support



  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and internal cases
  • Approve and process educator expenses in a timely manner
  • Perform ongoing data entry and system updates across multiple platforms


Cross-Functional Support



  • Partner with the broader Education team, including Digital, to support program facilitation
  • Assist in the creation of selling tools such as class flyers and promotional materials
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure team efficiency


What the Hiring Manager is Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word required)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • High level of professionalism in an office environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working at a computer and handling administrative tasks for the majority of the day


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP
  • Previous experience supporting education, training, or program operations teams
