Quick Facts Compensation: $127,100 to $183,000 annually target range $127,000 - $140,000 Working hours: Full-time, Exempt, 90% on-site Reports to: Head of HR Industry: Marine Terminal Job Functions: Human Resources The Senior Manager, of Human Resources is a hands-on operational leader responsible for personally managing the day-to-day activities of multiple people-focused functions, including Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Performance, Employee Relations, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workers' Compensation. This role directly performs and manages daily HR operations, compliance, and workforce support across all functions. Each day is different from the next, especially with social interactions. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is accountable for executing established HR strategies and ensuring consistent, effective delivery across all functions. The position requires a strong operational mindset, with direct ownership of daily HR activities including recruiting, employee relations, safety coordination, benefits administration, and compliance.
