The Reinforcement Materials segment is looking for a dynamic, analytical, and influential leader to serve as our Global Optimization and Product Management Director. In this highvisibility role, you will own product management and supply optimization efforts that directly shape P&L performance, network efficiency, and longterm strategic positioning.

You will lead a global team, partner closely with manufacturing, feedstock, supply chain, finance, and commercial leaders worldwide, and drive initiatives that ensure we maximize the value of our global asset network.

In this role, you will influence global strategy, optimize a complex international network, and lead highimpact initiatives across a missioncritical business segment. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, shape critical decisions, and accelerate both your impact and career.

Your leadership will directly influence how we deploy capital, optimize assets, serve our customers, and grow profitably worldwide.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Global Product Management & P&L Optimization

  • Own and optimize the global P&L through leadership of the Product Management function.
  • Drive tight collaboration with Regional Business Directors to achieve monthly variable margin targets and reduce supply and operating costs.
  • Lead global price optimization, incorporating regional perspectives and tracking progress against financial goals.

Supply-Demand Optimization & Strategic Network Planning

  • Provide global leadership in supply-demand management, portfolio strategy, and feedstockaligned network design.
  • Ensure optimal balancing of the global production network to maximize enterprise value and enhance crossregional alignment.
  • Partner closely with Manufacturing and Feedstock teams to ensure the lowest cost to serve.

S&OP Execution & LongRange Strategic Planning

  • Lead the global S&OP process, driving improved earnings, NWC performance, and structural competitiveness.
  • Direct the development of the longrange plan (LRP) and annual budget, balancing nearterm profitability, asset capabilities, and longterm priorities.

Global Optimization & Capital Prioritization

  • Drive worldwide optimization initiatives, ensuring the portfolio is prioritized effectively and crossfunctional tradeoffs are resolved.
  • Own the business cases for optimizationfocused Capex projects and establish project prioritization across the portfolio.

Leadership of a HighPerforming Global Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Global Product Management team, fostering analytical rigor, accountability, and strong crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Ensure strong facilitation of S&OP, product portfolio management, asset optimization, and rawmaterial decision making.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technical, or Scientific field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial, product management, finance, and/or manufacturing roles, 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team.
  • Experience in global business environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multifunctional initiatives with increasing scope and responsibility.

How We'll Support Your Success:

  • The pay range for this role is from $192,150 - $278,700. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skill, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on your performance and company performance.
