Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Follow up of MarketingCampaigns & events and generate Qualified Leads via telephone. To Book appointment for Sales team & register the lead in the system. To engage and interact with decision makers at senior level for new & emerging business opportunities To identify & qualify opportunities for cross selling of products & service to generate business & profitability To deal appropriately with client queries received via telephone or email. To handle inbound client calls and tender enquiries. Tomaintain & update the information in our system What You Need to Succeed Qualifications and Technical Skills: Degree/Diploma in B.Sc. (physics & chemistry), Engineering. Overall and Specific Experience:Working Knowledge of Word, excel, Use of CRM software is an added advantage, Good English, Good communication & listening skills.
