Our Manager, Consolidations and Reporting position is primarily responsible for leading the enterprise and global close, consolidation and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate, compliant and timely financial results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, own and manage the enterprise month-end close and consolidation process, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and review internal, external, and board-level financial reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
  • Lead the integration of international entities into enterprise consolidation and reporting processes, including alignment of accounting standards, reporting structures and close timelines.
  • Lead technical accounting assessments and application of accounting standards to complex or non-routine transactions.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors, including audit planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Accountable for consistency and integrity of enterprise and global financial reporting across legal entities and business units.
  • Owns enterprise financial reporting risk assessment.
  • Partner with FP&A on variance analysis, management reporting, and financial insights.
  • Maintain oversight of consolidation tools, reporting structures, and related controls.
  • Identify reporting risks and escalate issues impacting financial statement integrity.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial close, and internal controls.
  • Prior experience in a large, complex or growing organization preferred.
  • Experience with consolidation and reporting systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion or similar) preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/ IFRS and application to complete or non-routine transactions.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls frameworks (e.g., COSO) and enterprise risk assessment concepts.
  • Deep understanding of consolidation principles, eliminations and intercompany accounting.
  • Ability to interpret and explain financial results to senior leadership and auditors.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy, completeness and presentation.
  • Experience navigating tight close deadlines and managing competing priorities.
  • High level of professional judgement and risk awareness.

This role does not currently have supervisory responsibilities.
