What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with deep HR Operations expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong HRIS proficiency and comfort with core office tools
  • Expertise in employee relations, LOA/accommodation frameworks, and multistate U.S. employment law
  • Proven ability to design, scale, and operationalize HR processes
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRMCP/SHRMSCP certification
  • Experience in regulated industries, healthcare or medical devices strongly preferred
  • Background in sharedservices or tiered HR support models
  • Experience managing thirdparty LOA/compliance vendors
  • Experience supporting multinational teams (Canadian experience a plus)
