Position Summary:

The Sr Director Supply Chain - COE is critical leadership role responsible for leading the development and implementation of Supplier Risk Management across all Regal Rexnord business segments of Regal Rexnord's global spend of ~$3.2B. The Sr Director Supply Chain - COE will be a critical leader within the COE team focused on Supply Chain Risk Management and total cost performance in the areas of sourcing and supplier management.In concert with the supply chain organization this individual is expected to challenge the current process approach and support standardization of policies in procedures that improve value and efficiency.This key role will work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment and corporate leaders in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaged in supporting projects to assure attainment of agreed upon performance across Regal Rexnord.This position partners in the establishment and deployment of standard processes, policies & procedures, taking the necessary steps to assure compliance focused on supplier risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports Regal Rexnord's overall objectives, providing strategic leadership by setting the vision, strategy, and objectives, for Supplier Risk Management supporting an annual spend of ~$3.2B.

  • Deploy programs that protect the organization, mitigate risk, minimize supply chain interruptions, protect brand and corporate image, meet customer requirements while following applicable laws and regulations.

  • Establish and maintain policies, program requirements, procedures, processes, and risk performance measures to drive effective and efficient risk management throughout all phases of the supplier life cycle.

  • Govern procurement policy, including contracting agreements and compliance, in partnership with Legal

  • Establish annual goals and objectives, including stretch targets for function/team and manage individual performance to assure attainment.

  • Drive Enterprise standard for sourcing/supply chain cost management performance across the segments

  • Develop and maintain program tools and templates to document, manage, advise, and report on supplier risk and adherence to the SRM policies and program requirements

  • Provide training and guidance on execution of the SRM Program to include supplier classification framework, supplier risk profiles, and the use of the SRM system of record.

  • Promote SRM framework adherence through collaboration with supplier relationship owners in their supplier management and monitoring, supplier issue management, and supplier risk assessment activities.

  • Implement and drive process consistency and cross-business collaboration through sourcing strategies, councils that result in supplier consolidation and leverage opportunities across all global businesses.

  • Ongoing management, leadership and development of the global supply chain center of excellence resources and deliverables.

  • Build and maintain solid relationships with global strategic supply chain partners to ensure period-over-period process improvements

  • Promotes Regal Rexnord vision, mission, values, initiatives and company policies, continuously improving and reducing risks within the operations.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and performance.

  • Other duties as assigned

Professional Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in supply chain management, engineering, or industrial management. MBA in supply chain management or related desirable.

  • Proven track record of 10-15 years of progressive leadership responsibility in supply chain leadership, with at least 7 years of prior leadership experience. Experience with

  • development of supply chains for export and working on global leadership teams. Manufacturing experience a plus. APICS certification preferred.

  • Success implementing continuous improvement tools and/or a Master Black Belt in Lean/Six-Sigma principles and comfort implementing Lean in multiple environments.

  • Ability to support multifaced business requirements established by each Segment. Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with broad base of business requirements.

  • 80/20 experience and business and operational segmentation.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, interact, and influence at all levels of the organization to drive results.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellence in generating accurate and understandable data and reports to analyze performance to make data-driven decisions.

  • Proven ability to develop trusted, respectful relationships internally and externally.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results.

  • Strong Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications required.

Travel: Up to 30%

Expected Base Salary Range: $155,000 - $240,000
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential
factors.
