Position Overview

Work Force, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Data Entry Specialist to support the legal file management operations of our international affiliate. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-volume processing of legal records within the ILSL Legal File System. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a production-heavy environment and possess an uncompromising commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.

Compensation Structure

We offer a performance-based structure designed to reward productivity and accuracy:

• Production Pay:  $150.00 USD per completed and verified file (approximately 500 data points per file)

• Operational Support Rate:  $9.80 USD per hour for administrative availability

• Earning Potential:  Interns who perform efficiently can increase their earnings based on output and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and manage large volumes of data within the legal file system

• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information

• Meet assigned deadlines and maintain consistent workflow

• Communicate progress and updates with team supervisors

Qualifications

• Basic experience with data entry, administration, or computer-based work (preferred but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
