POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
This role will support Republic Bank's Total Rewards strategy by delivering high quality analysis, modeling, and reporting across compensation and benefits programs. This role will combine data analytics skills with Total Rewards knowledge to generate insights that drive program design, workforce planning, and financial decision making. The role will also support the development of a broader people analytics function within Human Resources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 5 years of compensation, total rewards, or people analytics experience, preferably in financial services or a complex organization, required.
* Strong technical skills: PowerPoint (or other presentation tool), Excel (advanced), PowerBI / Tableau (or other data visualization tool), HRIS reporting tools required.
* Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals and regulatory considerations preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leaders.
* High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problemsolving abilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Description - % of Time Spent
Compensation & Incentives - 40%
* Administer compensation programs and provide analytic support, including complex / large-scale internal equity, pay compression, market competitiveness, and cost modeling analysis.
* Collaborate with department management to manage the annual associate compensation review process.
* Support design and administration of short- and long-term variable pay plans, including modeling scenarios and calculating payouts.
* Participate in compensation surveys; manage benchmarking and market pricing processes.
* Manage job evaluation processes, including partnering with Talent Acquisition team to make recommendations on job offers.
* Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
* Develop and maintain job library, architecture, leveling, and pay ranges.
People / Total Rewards Analytics & Reporting - 40%
* Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful workforce and financial insights.
* Analyze data related to turnover, hiring trends, headcount, DEI metrics, pay equity, pay competitiveness, benefits utilization, and workforce costs.
* Perform cost modeling and trend analysis to support benefits strategy decisions.
* Partner with HRIS and Finance to enhance data quality, automate reporting, and streamline processes.
* Collaborate with Finance on forecasting benefits expenses and compensation planning.
* Support development of a centralized people analytics framework, including governance and metric definitions.
Systems, Tools & Processes - 20%
* Leverage tools such as HRIS, Excel, Tableau / PowerBI, AI, and market pricing software to drive automation and insights.
* Evaluate and implement compensation systems and tools.
* Cross train and support benefits administration processes.
* Maintain data integrity and act as a subject matter expert on Total Rewards data.
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
* Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank's values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the organization.
