Position Summary: The MFIP Career Counselor serves as an advocate for participants in the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP), providing employment support to participants through ongoing individualized career and case management services. Each MFIP participant faces unique challenges and requires individualized solutions to support their career pathway. MFIP Career Counselors serve participants flexibly, including in person, virtual services, occasional travel to meet participants in the community, and maintaining contact through frequent outreach. MFIP Career Counselors complete and maintain essential documentation within established timelines and in accordance with applicable procedures, policies and requirements.
