We areseeking a Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead our national expansion and ensure zero gaps in our regulatory coverage. Job Description As the architect of our compliance framework, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of state licensing, UL facility certification, and local municipal permits. While you will personally manage the compliance of our primary jurisdictions, your broader mandate is to ensure Blue Eye maintains a network of qualified, W2-employed agents in every required state and that all facility certifications remain in elite standing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: National Compliance & Agent Management UL Certification & Facility Compliance Jurisdictional & Municipal Maintenance Specific Knowledge & Skills: Target Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
