Exceeds the same requirements and perform the same duties as the Advanced Material Handler, but also requires more advanced skills which includes constant interaction with key supply chain software systems to receive and distribute supplies along with assisting in the management of PAR inventory systems. Consistently shows the ability to work well with other co-workers. Utilizes supply chain software to distribute and receive supply orders. Assists with the management of inventories and pars to ensure adequate levels. Position Details: Minimum Required Qualifications Education: Mercy preceptor course completed within 6 months of hire. Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in Mercy Advanced Materials Handling competencies and fully functional in the role, or two years direct health care materials handling or supply chain experience. Additional proficiency in specialty materials handling or supply chain area and/or demonstrated leadership. Certification/Registration: Other Skills and Knowledge: Preferred Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Licensure: Experience: Experience preferred in specialty area and/or 12 months in Mercy Advanced Handler role. Certification/Registration: Preferred Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Other Skills and Knowledge: Why Mercy?
