Description

The Agent Advisor serves as a point of contact for appointed brokers. This person supports membership growth in the individual and Medicare lines of business by providing high-touch, personalized service and support to help external brokers/agents with requests, application follow up and verification, enrollment, problem resolution, eligibility and product questions. The Agent Advisor also partners with the Sales Executives on broker/agent reporting, meeting scheduling and lead tracking. Most of the time is spent in a call center environment and may require rotating evenings and seasonal weekends.

Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. With our hybrid workplace model, this position is eligible to work 3 days a week at your home office (reliable internet is required), and 2 days a week at one of our offices in Menasha or Brookfield, WI.

Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:



  • Triages incoming emails and phone calls from brokers/agents
  • Follows up with brokers/agents on applications, new plan options for current members and late premium payments
  • Assists in the coordination of administrative tasks necessary to provide the highest level of service to our current brokers/agents in support of new enrollments, membership growth and retention of our current members
  • Performs direct sales to prospects in person or over the phone
  • Partners with Sales Executives on broker reporting, meeting scheduling and lead tracking/follow up
  • Responds to requests for information from phone calls, direct mail, digital marketing, website, print, TV and billboards, newspaper advertising or other forms of marketing
  • Supports broker requests for information as needed either via phone.
  • Demonstrates commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
  • Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulation and policies.
  • Works within the scope of the sales team duties, focusing on what drives business to Network Health, supporting and encouraging brokers business.
  • Logs all calls in Network Health's lead tracking system, capturing and documenting all information such as prospect demographics, email addresses, campaign sources, seminar registrations, lead follow-up tracking and call notes


Job Requirements:



  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years of health insurance and/or Medicare experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Current Wisconsin Accident and Health Insurance License
