Mercy Hospital Ardmore is seeking a dynamic cardiovascular leader for a high-impact role with significant growth potential. This position partners closely with physicians and Oklahoma Heart Hospital (OHH) to support a growing cardiovascular service line, including the expansion to two Cath Labs and the growth of a dedicated Cath Lab team. Responsibilities include physician relations, business development, strategic alignment, and operational leadership across inpatient and outpatient services, including the Heart & Vascular Clinic, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac Sonography, stress testing, and echo services, with a focus on improving efficiency and productivity. Long term, this role offers the opportunity to expand into a regional Southern Oklahoma cardiovascular leadership position, with potential oversight of Cardiac Rehab and continued service line growth.
The Director of Operations is also responsible for overseeing the operations of hospitals and/or clinics, ensuring efficient service delivery and promoting a collaborative work environment. Key duties include implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and enhancing patient experience. The role involves tracking performance, reporting, and driving process improvements, all aligned with Mercy's mission and vision. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
