Lead and coordinate biomedical and field service technicians at the Bloomington district office Ensure medical equipment is inspected, repaired, and maintained efficiently and costeffectively Provide daily direction, training, and performance accountability for the technical team Ensure accurate equipment documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely service records Manage parts, supplies, and inventory; support customer billing accuracy Partner with internal teams and customers to support service growth and resolve issues Oversee equipment incidents, recalls, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives What You Will Need for This Role?
