Postdoctoral Research FellowSaint Louis University School of Medicine Department of Neurology Project Title:Unraveling the Mechanisms of Alcohol-Induced Blood-Brain Barrier Disruption: A Focus on Lipid Signaling and Endothelial Cells Position Summary:Saint Louis University's Department of Neurology invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our multidisciplinary team working on an NIH-funded project. The project investigates alcohol-induced cerebrovascular dysfunction, focusing on the role of lipid signaling in blood-brain barrier (BBB) disruption and neuroinflammation. The postdoctoral fellow will be involved in MCAO surgeries, biochemical analysis, and behavioral testing in a cutting-edge research environment. This position offers an opportunity to conduct innovative research on the effects of alcohol exposure on cerebrovascular health and neuroinflammation.
