Poker Room Floor Manager - Full Time

Description

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:





    • Supervise daily poker room operations, including game scheduling of dealers, supervisors, and game mix.
    • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
    • Monitor game integrity and resolve disputes promptly and professionally.
    • May act as Table Games Floor Manager within designated pits.
    • Operate daily tournaments and other promotions.




  • Customer Service:

    • Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
    • Address player concerns and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.


  • Compliance & Security:

    • Maintain strict adherence to gaming laws and internal security protocols.
    • Work closely with surveillance and security teams to prevent fraud and ensure player safety.

    • Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment
    • Will be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors
    • Working with others and independently


      Target Salary Range: ($70,000)

      Qualifications
      Experience
      Must secure appropriate RI BCI mandated gaming licenses
      Strong analytical and financial acumen.
      Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. (preferred)
      Minimum 2-3 years of experience in poker operations or table games management.
      Experience managing poker tournaments and events.
      Proficiency in casino management systems and scheduling software.
      Strong knowledge of poker rules, variations, and industry trends.
      Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
      Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
      Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)
