Primary Purpose
Supports foundational project activities by assisting with documentation, material tracking, and site coordination to ensure smooth execution of construction tasks and compliance with safety and quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities * Monitors inventory levels and assists in maintaining adequate stock to support operational needs. * Assists in tracking contractor performance to ensure alignment with established targets and quality standards. * Facilitates communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and teams as needed. * Gathers data for reports or status updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Monitors quality control procedures to ensure work meets standards. * Addresses minor construction site issues and escalates major concerns. * Performs other duties as assigned. | |
