The role of the Sr. Executive Assistant,Digital,Technologyand Transformation,will focuson providing excellent administrative support to theChief Digital,Technologyand TransformationOfficerandCorporate HRVice Presidentaswell as being a key partner totheDigital & Technologyleadershipteam.

This role will providestrong partnership to aC-suite leaderand his leadership team in a fast-paced environment. As the Sr. Executive Assistant, it is essential the individualdemonstratesexceptional leadership, excellent sense of proactiveness, collaboration to effectivelyutilizeall support resources, agility and professionalismrepresentingthose he/she supports, the leaders' functions, and General Mills. This position will require occasional accessibility and work hours outside of the standard workday and is an excellent opportunity to expand C-Suite experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage multiple complex calendars.
  • Manage meetinglogistics, document creation (PowerPoint, phone lists, etc.), distributionlistsand other miscellaneous duties.
  • Act as a liaison for leaders with individuals outside the organization including industry/external organizations and Boards.
  • Assistwith complex travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Create and proofread all materials for extreme accuracy and clarity.
  • Work closely with the CommunicationsManager,lead HR Business Partner,andlead Finance Partnerto support key communications andfunctioninitiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinatelogisticsfor small and large group meetings both on and off-site, includingfunctionmeetings andSeniorLeadership Team offsites.
  • Interact with individuals from all levels of the organization, serving asa central pointtofacilitate function-specific needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 6 years of Administrative Assistant experience providing dedicated support to senior-level leaders.
  • High school diploma
  • Primary work location onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely at times, in alignment with leader and organization needs
  • May require occasional accessibility and work hours outside of the standard workday.
  • Exceptional customer service and customer-first mindset.
  • Strong learning mindset and adaptability.
  • Strong communicationskills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High degree ofproficiencywith Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • High levelof critical thinking, independentjudgmentand sound decision making.
  • Exceptional professionalism, integrity, and accountability to manage highly confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Must be able tooperatewith agility and respond to requests on tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal/partnership skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years Executive Assistant experience supporting Senior executive(s)

Salary Range



The salary range for this position is $64800.00 - $89300.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Beyond base salary, General Mills offers a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall well-being.
