Shift hours: 8-hour shifts 1^st Shift: 7am to 3 pm Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency events Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week Pay: $28.09 per hour Shift differential Additional $0.24 per hour when working 2nd shift Shift differential Additional $0.31 per hour when working 3^rd shift Time worked after 40 hours of work is paid at 1.5 times regular rate of pay Time worked on Saturday is paid at 1.5 times regular rate of pay Time worked on Sunday is paid at 2 times (double pay) regular rate of pay Time worked on a holiday is paid at 3 times regular rate of pay (if eligible for holiday pay and holiday is worked) Benefits: 15 days (120 hours) of vacation annually and 11 paid holidays Opportunity to earn 12 additional Paid Days Off Great paid time off benefits 401(k) match Health Insurance- Including medical, vision, dental and life And much more! What your day will look like: Creating high quality foods that are eaten EVERYDAY, NATIONWIDE Using TECHNOLOGY in an industry-leading facility Working with HIGH-LEVEL operators on EXPERIENCED teams that are looking to pass down their knowledge to workers WILLING TO LEARN and get paid doing it CHALLENGING yourself to get the JOB DONE RIGHT and gain skills to take with you to your next opportunity Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues Perform simple building maintenance on light fixtures, ceiling tile, doors, lockers, floor, etc. Basic painting Perform minor plumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, faucets) Performing both uptime and down time preventative maintenance Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance Support inventory management Assist in training new employees What you have to offer: Minimum of a high school education or GED Minimum of a high school education or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related industry experience Basic understanding of mechanical components and the ability to system troubleshoot Basic understanding/knowledge of plumbing, perform basic sanitation tasks, and building maintenance Troubleshooting and resolving Building Maintenance issues to completion Basic computer skills Organization and planning skills that allow for the creation, completion, and tracking of work orders Experience in an industrial manufacturing/production environment preferred Ability to become powered vehicle Qualified Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net and gloves when required Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
