Job DescriptionVisa Direct is a payment service Visa provides to clients (sending financial institutions) to facilitate fund transfers/disbursements to accounts around the world using push payment technology.Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, person to micro-business transfer (e.g. payouts to shared economy providers), funds disbursement (e.g. insurance claim disbursement), and more. Responsibilities The Senior Manager, Visa Direct FI Sales will lead strategic engagements with key clients and partners that are critical to the success of Visa Direct's domestic and cross border solutions. Engagement begins with an early -stage consultation to understand the partner's needs, resources and targeted timeframe. Conversations will continue as we co-design a solution with the partner, agreeing on scope, and timelines. Management of multiple stakeholders and teams within Visa will be required to manage multiple sales opportunities across different areas of Financial Institution (Retail banking, treasury, business banking, wealth management...), create complex deal structures, negotiate, and close multiple deals simultaneously. The candidate will have direct engagement with clients. The ideal candidate will be a structured, experienced money-movement leader, with high familiarity of the SWIFT network, Wires, Local ACH and FX. An analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in how products are developed and delivered.S/he will possess a unique combination of sales, business development, product expertise, product solutioning, marketing, problem solving ability, flexibility with rapid changes, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients that are market moving, cross border payments innovators across B2B, B2C and P2P use cases. S/he should be motivated by managing high profile, complex projects relatively independently. Given the strategic nature of the cross-border partners involved and the end-to-end responsibility of the role, the candidate is very well positioned for recognition and growth. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
