Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Buffalo, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Heavy Equipment Operators for Environmental Remediation and Heavy Industrial Demolition work.
  • Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, front end loaders, skidsteers, rollers, articulated dump trucks.
  • Use basic construction tools, electric pumps, large fuel powered pumps, plate compactors, trenchers, truck scales, etc.
  • Understand and comply with company and client safety standards.
  • Perform work under sustained hours, uncomfortable weather conditions and rough terrain.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00/hr.

Hours: 40 - 60 hours/week.

Length: Direct hire.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience to safely operate heavy equipment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 40 - HAZWOPER or other pertinent training.
  • GPS experience.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Must be willing to be clean shaven and prepared to use a respirator when needed.
