Job Description The Production Associate 2 employee at Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is responsible for various windows & doors assembly operations while ensuring we Safely make a Quality product and minimize waste/ cost, so it can be delivered on time to customers. Also, responsible for working with a sense of urgency while maintaining the flow of material throughout the plant by performing the following duties: WHAT YOU'LL DO * Operate hand tools as required and assemble, lift, pick and pack products * Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities. * Follow defined clean-up times. * Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies. * Must follow and work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and standardized operations * Participate in defining and improving standard work to improve quality windows for Customers * Identify problems; communicate issues. * Assist with training co-workers. * Support a respectful workplace. * Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED
