*Must have Epic Revenue Cycle Certifications*
*Must have strong Epic Charge Router and CDM experience* *Must be open to a hybrid schedule* *Description* This role supports small hospitals within the system by owning operational requests related to charge capture, revenue integrity, payer policy updates, and revenue code mapping. The analyst partners directly with operational leaders and is responsible for translating their needs into Epic build or coordinated system updates. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary system support contact for middle revenue (charge modification, revenue integrity, payer policy). - Own operational requests endtoend, including intake, analysis, build, coordination with the Epic build team (if needed), and communication of status back to stakeholders. - Review payer policies and determine required updates-for example, revenue code flips, mapping wound care charges, and service-specific payer rules. - Understand how charges generate from clinical orders and move through the Epic Charge Router. - Distinguish professional vs. hospital revenue and ensure appropriate splitting of technical and professional charges. - Support maintenance of CDM-related workflows and middle-revenue work queues. - Identify revenue leakage, billing issues, and charge workflow gaps and recommend solutions. - Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation. When the operation says "hey, this payer plan in these areas, they don't allow the wound care to be billed at 490, they need to go to a 361." They will take that request and, they will own it whether they can do the build themselves or they have to hand it off to our epic build team. Then they will own that request and have that responsibility to that operational owner) Topic manager would discuss: Tell me the difference in professional revenue and hospital revenue: needs to understand when you're splitting charges off to like professionals components versus technical components. Needs to understand and be able to explain how a charge gets generated off of clinical orders and understanding that whole dynamic of that router piece in epic. *Skills* epic, epic certified, Revenue cycle, Build, epic cadence, epic adt *Top Skills Details* epic, epic certified,Revenue cycle,Build, epic cadence, epic adt *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Strong understanding of middle-revenue workflows, charge capture, and payer-specific billing rules.
