Digital Integration and Delivery Operations L

JBS International
United States, Maryland, North Bethesda
Feb 27, 2026

The Digital Integration & Delivery Operations Lead provides strategic, horizontal orchestration across the Digital Services organization to ensure that digital capabilities collectively deliver against current client needs while evolving toward future-state objectives. This role maintains a holistic view across engineering, data & AI, digital products, security, and operations-identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to strengthen the organization's overall digital delivery capability.

Operating across teams through process ownership, shared delivery cadence, and integration authority, the role aligns day-to-day execution with longer-term capability goals. By continuously assessing how workflows from intake through delivery and into operations, the Lead ensures that Digital Services is not only delivering effectively today, but also systematically improving how it delivers over time - ensuring secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient services that power business outcomes. The Digital Integration & Delivery Operations Lead ensures Digital Services delivers effectively today while systematically building the capabilities needed to deliver better tomorrow.

This role will help define the target operating model, build high performing teams, establish modern engineering practices, and drive measurable improvements in availability, security posture, deployment velocity, and total cost of ownership.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Serves as a strategic enabler for the Digital Services organization, ensuring that its collective capabilities operate as an integrated, continuously improving delivery system.

* Bridges strategy and execution by translating where the organization needs to go into practical changes in delivery flow, operational practices, and cross-team coordination.

* At a tactical level, drives continuous improvement across delivery and operations by establishing shared cadences, monitoring execution signals, and working with capability leads to address bottlenecks, reliability issues, and delivery risks.

* Rather than owning functional teams, enables those teams to perform more effectively together-supporting consistent outcomes, improved reliability, and scalable delivery as demand grows.

* Enterprise visibility into digital delivery performance and capability maturity, enabling informed decisions about where to invest, standardize, or simplify across teams.

* Coordinates execution across engineering, data, product, security, and operations, reducing duplication of effort and improving reuse of platforms, tools, and patterns.

* Responsible for continuous improvement in delivery predictability, reliability, and efficiency, lowering rework, operational overhead, and incident-driven costs over time.

* Identifies early delivery risks, trade-offs, and constraints, minimizing costly late-stage changes and unplanned remediation.

* Improves cost efficiency and total cost of ownership, achieved through standardized delivery practices, right-sized platform choices, optimized cloud usage, and disciplined build-and-run operations.

* Aligns between near-term delivery and long-term digital capability development, ensuring investments support sustainable, scalable outcomes rather than one-off solutions.

Experience:

* 8+ years in digital/infrastructure/cloud/security roles with increasing levels of responsibility.

* 5+ years in senior IT leadership positions

* Experience managing an IT team.
