The Training & Change Management lead is a designated Key Personnel role responsible for the strategy, content development, and delivery of instructional programs for the TRIRIGA IWMS. This role ensures IRS user readiness for released functionality and manages the workforce impact of system updates through structured change management processes. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for TCM: TBD Pay commensurate with experience.
