Digital R&D Engineer - Monitoring & Communications

Join a collaborative, forwardthinking team developing the next generation of digital monitoring and communications technologies for medium and highvoltage power equipment. In this role, you will contribute to solutions that improve grid reliability, advance industrial connectivity, and enable smarter, datadriven transformer monitoring. You'll work with cuttingedge communication interfaces, SCADAintegrated systems, advanced data acquisition tools, and modern industrial operating environments. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Support research, development, and testing of digital monitoring and communication technologies.
• Assist in designing, configuring, and validating SCADAintegrated monitoring systems.
• Work with industrial network protocols and OT communication interfaces.
• Contribute to software development activities using C and C#.
• Participate in device commissioning and system validation workflows.
• Support remote monitoring solutions using cellular communication technologies.
• Work within Linuxbased operating environments for industrial applications.
• Document architectures, configurations, and validation results with clarity.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to digital systems, industrial communication, or software development.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in an R&D environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Interest in monitoring systems for medium and highvoltage equipment.
