Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bolton & Menk is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Management team in either our Raleigh or Charlotte office. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives on building strong relationships, elevating the employee experience, and supporting a culture where people can do their best work. What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will serve as a key partner in attracting, hiring, and supporting top talent across our Southeast region. While your primary focus will be recruitment and sourcing, you will also collaborate closely with our HR team and local leaders on initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, support our growing college ambassador program and foster positive employee relations.

• Lead fullcycle recruitment efforts to attract and retain highquality talent
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Source potential candidates through various channels and engagement activities
• Represent Bolton & Menk at career fairs, campus events, and community engagement activities
• Build a strong employer brand by engaging with potential candidates and promoting the company's culture and values
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
• Five years demonstrated experience in recruiting or sourcing
• Prefer experience with human resources, employment law and standard human resources functions
• Preferred professional services, engineering, construction industry experience SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP or additional professional credential preferred
• Experience with HRIS or ATS software
• Ability to travel for work related functions (career fairs, college engagement)
