Production Associate

STS Technical Services is hiring Production Associates in York, Pennsylvania.

This position will work in a variety of roles such as material handling, assembly, and equipment loading and unloading.

This role will:

• Operate pre-set equipment for basic repetitive production tasks
  
• Place parts in specified relationship to each other and check those parts for fit, function, and cosmetic quality
  
• Perform simple adjustments on equipment as required
  
• Perform duties such as aligning, tightening fasteners, general servicing, and gauging
  
• Use a variety of tools to complete assigned tasks
  
• Inspect and evaluate parts, components, and assemblies and report defects during all phases of the process
  
• Stand for long periods
  
• Perform in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  

• High School Diploma, OR
  
• GED, OR
  
• One year work experience, OR
  
• Manufacturing Skills Standard Certification (MSSC)
