Position Summary

The Mobile Sales Support Specialist supports the Sales Function including - GMS VP of Sales & Marketing with sales reporting and analysis, project preparation, and administrative support.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction

Provides reporting and analytical support for the GMS sales organization, including periodic audits and customer reporting. Supports sales leadership and team operations through incentive administration, presentation development, onboarding and training, systems support (OBI/Salesforce), project coordination, and general administrative support, while maintaining key communication lists and SharePoint content/access.

Essential Functions:

  • Collect and analyze data from OBI, Power BI, and other sources to produce the GMS Monthly Report, GAM Sales by Group, and other sales reporting.
  • Compile and prepare reports as requested by sales leadership
  • Extract and compile ACT Research data to support the Transportation NSM.
  • Conduct quarterly sales region audits to identify missing accounts and correct account ownership/assignment issues.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop Quarterly Executive Reports for key GMS customers.
  • Calculate sales incentive results for FPS, GMS, and MFT team members.
  • Create slides for monthly team member calls and other leadership meetings.
  • Manage database files using computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Arrange business travel accommodations - National or large sales / leadership team meetings and travel / hotel accommodations for potential new hires (interviews)
  • Coordinate NDA review and execution workflows using DocuSign.
  • Onboard new GMS team members, including OBI training and systems and process setup
  • Provide Salesforce user support to the GMS organization.
  • Maintain content on the Global Mobile Systems SharePoint site and manage access to secured areas.
  • TSA recruiting - identify recruiters to attend college career fairs, register for career fairs, order career fair materials, post job openings on college sites, coordinate on-site interviews

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree (Business / Marketing major preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills (must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously)'Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with all levels of the sales organizations.
  • Detail oriented
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various PC software applications including Excel, Access, & Word
  • Continually look for and implement process improvements for the Sales Organization related to reporting and efficiencies.
  • Manage all related matters as assigned by quickly changing priorities and remaining a positive influence on the organization.
