Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership withRapides Women's and Children's Hospital (RWCH), is seeking adedicated and compassionate Neonatologistto join our growing team in Alexandria, Louisiana.

This is more than just a job - it's a chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying atrue work-life balancewith a7-on/7-off scheduleand24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage.

• 34-bed, Level III NICU- diverse acuity and case variety
• Collaborative 2 Neonatologist / 4 NNP model
• NNPs in-house 24 hours a day
• Home call for Neonatologists after rounds
• 1,500-2,000 deliveries annually
• Newborn nursery rounds
• NNP-led transport team(physician covers in-house during transports)

You'll be part of acollegial, evidence-based teamfocused on quality-driven protocols and continuous improvement in neonatal care.

Located within Rapides Women's and Children's Hospital:

• Central Louisiana'slargest and most advanced NICU
• The region'sonly Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• A19-bed pediatric unit,29-bed well-baby nursery, and26-bed OB/post-partum unit
