Responsibilities Our well-respected and established neonatology practice at Wesley Medical Centerin Wichita, KS, is recruiting for a Neonatologistwho is interested in an evolving QI team-based opportunity. Very close knit team creating a flexible schedule with strong NNP support 24-Hour In-House Coverage: Work in ourLevel-III, 80-bed NICUwith round-the-clock coverage. No call required from home! High Acuity Enviorment 6,000 deliveries each year, with the intensive and special care units averaging around1,200 admissions annuallyand anaverage daily census of 60. High volume with procedures: Handle OK/NE/Western Kansas transfers - LPs, Lines, etc. Comprehensive Services: Provide all services except ECMO and heart surgery. Supportive Environment: Work alongside residents and nurse practitioners for both day and night shifts. Academic Affiliation: Affiliated withKU School of Medicine - Wichita, offering extensive QI and research opportunities.
