HighAcuity Practice With the Tools You Need Work in a Level III, 36bed NICU equipped to deliver advanced neonatal care, including: HighFrequency Ventilation - manage complex respiratory cases with confidence Inhaled Nitric Oxide - support infants with pulmonary hypertension Total Body Cooling - provide neuroprotective therapy for HIE aEEG - enhance neurological monitoring and decisionmaking Average Daily Census of 33 at Stormont Help support St. Francis a Level II, 4bed NICU. Just steps away, with very low activity and primarily supportive call Pediatric subspecialty support including cardiology, neurology general surgery, and endocrinology. Manageable Schedule With Strong Infrastructure Work approximately 7 shifts per month. 24-hour shifts taken in-house withwork being done in-hospital, allows for schedule predictability and more time off! Over 20 days offper month, without having to use PTO! First-year guaranteed bonus paid out in monthly installments.
