Step into a role of Provider Relations Manager where you will be responsible for executing education provider management in support of the EdAssist education provider product portfolio for a portfolio of enterprise EdAssist clients. The manager will be responsible for maintaining and fulfilling client contracts and SOWs (Statements of Work) related to education providers and their custom networks. The manager will participate in recruitmentand onboarding activities, maintain relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, and update agreements/contracts. Additionally, they will assist with provider performance reviews in standard and custom product delivery settings. They must have extensive client-facing experience and be comfortable working independently. Experience with higher education and workforce education industries-specifically related to corporate and channel partnerships, advancement, or strategic enrollment-is highly desirable. The Manager will report to the Director of Provider Relations within the EdAssist Product Team. Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures: The annual starting salary for this position is $86,000 - $95,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
