Regions Hospital is looking for a highly motivated pharmacist for our Outpatient team. Pharmacists at Regions Hospital provide professional pharmaceutical services by: rounding with patient care teams, monitoring patient medication therapies, providing drug information and education to healthcare providers and patients/families, precepting pharmacy students and residents, reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications and related supplies, overseeing the work of direct support personnel, and participating in quality and safety improvement projects.

Work Schedule:

  • Primarily days with every other weekend.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
  • Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient/retail capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in an outpatient/retail role.
  • Licensed preceptor with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.

Additional Information:
This is a union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) evening shift position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $74.83-$85.22 per hour, based on experience. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
