We'rehiring aHuman ResourceBusinessPartnertodevelop and executethe day-to-dayHRpartnership needs for our New YorkRegional operations as atrusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with businessobjectivesto drive performance, engagement, and growth. You will play a key role inour HR commitment to excellence,shaping our culture, embodying HR key competencies,andensuring a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • TheHuman Resource Business Partnerwill develop and execute HR strategies and tactics that align with business goals andobjectivesfrom the executive to the local level, applying strong HR business acumen to ensure solutions are both people-centered and operationally effective.
  • Lead a high-performing team through strategic guidance, coaching and development of our HR competencies, advancing the art and science of our HR expertise.
  • Act as a liaison between HR Centers of Excellence-including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People Services, Labor Relations, Benefits and Compensation-managing key interdependent connections that best support operational business needs.
  • Partner with the local operations teams to support and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, workforce management and hiring needs.
  • Ensure all aspects of HR processes, including employee relations, comply with company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Create and analyze HR data sets and metrics with the ability to draw insights and provide data-driven recommendations that tell a story.
  • Apply financial management principles to support budget, workforce planning and cost-effective HR solutions.
  • Periodic travel to operations, creating strong rapport and building partnership support.
  • Effective project manager approach, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplify excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build relationships at all levels.

RequiredQualifications:

  • 5+ yearsof experience inhuman resources
  • HS Diplomaor equivalent
  • HR Management Certification(SHRM or HRCI)and/orBachelor'sdegree(desirable)
  • Experience in healthcare(desirable)
  • Union experience (desirable)
  • 2+ yearsof experience in FAA and DOT-regulated roles, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards(desirable)
