Are you a school administrator, principal or board member with strong ties in your district and surrounding communities? Do people naturally come to you for recommendations, advice or direction? If so, we'd love to connect.

We are building a network of K-12 Ambassadors - trusted leaders who can help other schools discover services that support operational efficiency, student programs, and district-wide sustainability. This role is not a job in the traditional sense: no set hours, no quotas, no meetings and no formal "selling".

Instead, you simply leverage the network you already have!

What you'll do:

  • Connect us with school or district leaders who may benefit from operational support services.
  • Make warm introductions within your existing professional circles.
  • Help fellow administrators explore resources that strengthen their schools.

That's it! No presentations. No follow-up requirements. No admin.

Requirements

Ideal Ambassadors are:

  • Deeply involved in school operations or district decisions.
  • Connected across administrative teams, committees, and peer districts.
  • Seen as trusted advisors in their communities.
  • Comfortable making a warm introduction when it benefits fellow educators.

A good fit if you can answer "yes" to:

  • Are you active in the district committees or school board discussions?
  • Do you regularly interact with other administrators in your region?

How you're rewarded:

This is a 100% commission-based role with meaningful upside:

  • Revenue Share: Earn a percentage of the service fees from any school or district that engages after your introduction.
  • Sales Performance Incentives: Earn a bonus for each qualified meeting you set. Earn an additional bonus for any contract that moves to execution. Your time is valued - even simple introductions can lead to substantial earnings.
