As a Security Guard - Patrol Officer in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with calm, professional communication. You will complete routine rounds, document observations, and support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, alarms, and requests for assistance, and coordinate with site leadership and local responders as needed.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and assist with visitor management and/or wayfinding while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
