WWFO brings together Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Revenue Operations,operatingas an interconnected system responsible for driving revenue, customer outcomes, retention, andlong-termgrowth. The field runs with urgency and accountability, shaped by in-quarter pressure, customer commitments, and aggressive growth goals. Leadership decisions within WWFO have immediate andfar-reachingimpact-affecting pipeline health, customer experience, field morale, and business momentum. What you'll do

In California, the pay range for this position is $211,300 - $305,950 In New York, the pay range for this position is $211,300 - $305,950 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
