As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support operations through clear communication, incident reporting, and customer service for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and screen vehicles and/or visitors in accordance with site procedures, including checking identification, verifying appointments, and directing traffic flow as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, alarms, disputes, and property damage, and request assistance from emergency responders when appropriate.
• Complete incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate observations and issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
