As a Security Officer - Financial Site in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity and/or customer concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, lobbies, ATM and vestibule areas, parking lots and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance and/or security-related issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, follow badge and credential procedures, and assist with orderly entry and exit during normal operations and after-hours activity.
• Complete required reports such as incident reports, patrol logs and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security experience.
• Be able to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
