Join Allied Universal supporting an aero and defense location as an Armed Patrol Officer. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and requests with calm, clear communication. You will document observations, assist with access control as needed, and deliver professional customer service while living our agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture built on teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders at an aero and defense location.
• Carry and maintain assigned firearm and other authorized equipment per Allied Universal and site requirements, including completing required checks, documentation, and secure storage when not in use.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards, suspicious conditions, and access issues.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders and/or providing direction to occupants as needed.
• Monitor access control points, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems; verify credentials, manage visitor logs and/or escorts, and complete accurate incident and shift reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
